Located on Hwy. 54 West between Plover and Wisconsin Rapids, Club Forest Bar is a popular area restaurant serving food the entire family will enjoy including 1/2 lb. charcoal grilled hamburgers, homemade pizza, grilled sandwiches, shrimp and a Friday fish fry. Our History

The Club Forest Bar began in 1927 as a small railroad stop tavern. It was located at the railroad station on  the main railway from Chicago to the Northwoods. During these early years it was known as a house of "ill-repute" and as a stopping place for famous and notorious people, like Al Capone.

A piece of this history is still with us today. Stop in and learn about "Melvin" our resident ghost from those early days.
